You can’t be serious.”  That’s the reaction we’ve come to expect if someone told you that you could be done with breakouts 7 days from today.  This unique approach is solid though.  It is called Acne No More, published by former acne-sufferer, Mike Walden.

Over 138,000 people have tried it worldwide since he put out what has now been nicknamed “The Acne Bible,” in 2004. Most are happy to find that Mike, like any former acne sufferer, doesn’t find acne to be a joking matter.

According to Mike, you can:

  • Permanently cure your acne within 2 months
  • Eliminate blackheads, excessive oiliness, and redness
  • Remove most scars and acne marks

But are those just empty promises?

Tommy Russo who used it to clear his acne in under 4 weeks doesn’t think so. Neither does Sean Heiner. He used it after having scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist, and by the time he got in for his second appointment 7 weeks later, he had no acne to speak of. In fact, the page is so plastered with reports from satisfied customers that it’s almost comical.

Also, for a limited time, he has a video up detailing his strange approach, which is guaranteed to get rid of your acne FOREVER in 30-60 days.

Mike Walden is also a nutritionist, natural health consultant, and medical researcher, so his take on acne diets is solid. He’ll show you a unique approach to dieting for clear skin including:

  • The top ten “clear skin” foods that you should be eating on a regular basis
  • The ten foods you’d be crazy to EVER put in your mouth if you want clear skin
  • A secret hormonal balancing supplement that alone can seriously decrease your acne in only days

Acne diets are key to the elimination of acne, but they’re only one piece of the puzzle. Acne No More offers a holistic solution to clearing up your acne for good, introducing many puzzle pieces you never even knew existed.

Looking for the catch? Well, here it is.

This is not a miracle cure, it is the result of years of dedicated research. Many of the techniques require honest effort and serious changes in your life. You might see some results just picking out the easiest steps from the system, but it is unlikely that you’ll be able to keep your skin clear for good like that.

If you are uncomfortable with putting in actual effort, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for miracle creams, magic pills, and other delusions, this isn’t for you. But if you’re ready to do what it takes to seriously and permanently clear your skin, this will be one of the best purchases you’ve ever made.

Breaking news: I’ve stumbled across a scary-strong approach to acne elimination.

Chris Gibson has been interviewed on television several times about this scientifically-proven report he created, called Acne Free in 3 Days.

Considering all the garbage I’ve been through fighting with pimples, I almost laughed and walked away from this one before giving it a chance.  3 days to an acne free life seems pretty ludicrous.

But Chris was interviewed on several well-respected stations about this report, and there are gobs of success stories, so I figured I’d forward this to you.

This report will show you how to:

  • Seriously reduce or even eliminate your acne in only 3 days.
  • Tackle your acne problem without all the expensive prescriptions, systems, and creams.
  • Keep your acne away for good (Chris has kept his at bay for over 20 years using this).
  • Remove acne scarring with an all but unheard of method.

Anti-acne diets are the strongest single approach to acne, and this report makes use of that, but they only attack one piece of the problem.  Chris’s method is complete and offers real results, fast.

You’ve likely seen impressive before and after photos in the past for acne treatments.  The difference here is that these photos are shown after only 3 days instead of weeks or months, and the results last if you follow the guide.

Who is this report for?

This is a report designed to help acne sufferers of any age put an end to their problem for good.  It works on all skin types and all acne types as a natural solution without side effects.

If you’re at the end of your rope with the whole acne problem, I can’t recommend Acne Free in 3 Days enough.  I’d also love to hear about your results with it, so drop back by later and tell me how it worked for you.

Wishing you clear skin and clear skies,
Anthony Vanwhy

Most people have horrible diets naturally.  Advertisers focus on creating better tastes at the cost of your health.  And generally people will only begin to change their diet if something is physically wrong.  There are a lot of problem foods that you’ll likely have to address in order to help cure your acne problem.

While food rarely affects acne directly, they tend to create certain conditions in your body that make it easier for acne to form.  This has a large focus on hormone production.  Next to heredity, hormones play one of the biggest roles when it comes to the formation of acne.  The foods you eat influence the production of those hormones, which is where acne cleansing diets commonly come into play.

Acne-causing foods, minerals, and macronutrients:

  1. High quantities of fat.  This is especially true of saturated fats.  Eating unsaturated fats in moderation can actually help.
  2. High quantities of salt.
  3. Iodine, this is often at elevated levels during acne breakouts.  One of the more significant sources of your iodine intake is likely found in your salt shaker (or in other foods with iodized salt in them).
  4. Fried foods, there are often so many bad things for you in them that you’d have to take your pick which one was causing your acne.
  5. Peanut products.  Peanuts increase androgen hormones.  Androgens stimulate the sebaceous glands, responsible for the production of sebum or oil.
  6. Dairy products.  These have gobs of hormones in them naturally, in addition to stimulating testosterone and androgens.  Additionally, they will form a lining in the small intestines that reduce the absorption of nutrients needed to fight off acne.
  7. Sugar.  Sugar raises insulin levels and raised insulin levels in turn affect hormones.  Not only that, but large amounts of sugar can suppress the immune system, decreasing healthy bacteria and leading to skin problems.
  8. Caffeine.  This dries the skin, but your body tends to overcompensate.
  9. Alcohol.  This is also a diuretic that causes the same problems that caffeine does.
  10. Sugar substitutes.  The same great taste as sugar, but twice the problems!  These contain all sorts of toxic chemicals, aspartame being among the worst.
  11. Red meats.  These provide you with more hormones and more acid.  The more acidic an environment in your body, the more likely you are to have a problem with acne.

Reminder: While avoiding problem foods can help reduce pimple formation, eliminating it entirely is more complicated.  To learn more about an unconventional approach, proven to work for permanent acne elimination, check out the acne diet report.

Acne isn’t pretty, but some types of foods can actually help to reduce it.  More often than not, acne is caused by excess of the negative than absence of the positive though.  Some of these recommendations will combat or flush away the problems in the body that cause zits, only a few can improve your natural ability to fight off acne.

Warning: Do exercise moderation when consuming the spices, vitamins and minerals suggested.  Some vitamins are fat soluble so after a certain point they cease to be of use and become absorbed by the body, possibly causing problems.  Some minerals can become toxic when taken in excess.  Very low insulin levels can cause a hypoglycemic episode which benefits no one, so if you’re following all of the recommendations, don’t overdo the spices.  It isn’t that these are particularly dangerous vitamins or minerals, the same can be said for many when taken in excess, but certain amounts of them can provide major benefits.

Things to consume on the anti-acne diet include:

  1. A fair amount of fiber.  Fiber helps to keep your system cleaner by pushing out toxins.
  2. Certain spices that reduce insulin levels.  These include things like cayenne pepper, garlic, and ginger.  Having low insulin levels won’t necessarily reduce pimples, but these spices can help overcome any mistakes you might make throughout the day.
  3. Natural foods.  Most of these recommendations are based on what is known or at least observed, however there is little known about how the body reacts to many of the chemicals added to processed foods.  Some of them are highly likely to mess with your body chemistry and hormone levels though, so stay on the safe side.  Eating a variety of natural foods also provides many helpful nutrients that you might not otherwise get.
  4. Foods high in certain vitamins and minerals.  Some of the helpful vitamins are vitamins A, E, and B6.  The helpful minerals include selenium, zinc, and chromium.
  5. Lots of water.  Water improves almost every function of the body in addition to flushing away toxins that may end up clogging your pores.
  6. Large quantities of protein.  Protein helps to reduce the production of an enzyme that increases the production of oil in your body.  Do be careful about the types of protein you ingest as red meat does contain hormones.  Any number of other animals may as well, depending on who you buy from.
  7. Decaffeinated green tea.  I don’t know what it is about green tea, but many who started drinking it regularly report a serious improvement when it comes to their acne.

Reminder: While key vitamins and nutrients can help reduce your skin’s problems, eliminating it entirely is more complicated.  To learn more about an unconventional solution to the acne problem, check out the acne diet report.
